I'll write this out more completely later. Until then, the basic guidelines are -
1) Don't be racist, sexist, homophobic, or an asshole in general.
2) Keep images and signatures and that sort of stuff down to a reasonable size.
3) No animated avatars, they're freaking annoying. Also please keep your names and avatars free of crude sexual stuff or overtly fetishy material. Let's leave that sort of thing in the comics where it belongs!
