You might have noticed GPCB has been a lot more sporadic lately. This is
because I've been working on a brand new full color comics super extravaganza, which has just gone live! It will be updated Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I'm very happy with how it's come out so far and I hope to work to bring it to a wider audience.

Cool! It looks pretty interesting already. I'm a big sci-fi fan, so it's always awesome to see a new comic like this. And it's always awesome to see new stuff from you, so this is like, double awesome! Twice the reccomended dosage! The strongest over-the-counter awesome on the market! Okay, I think I'm overdoing it a bit.

Looks neat...and it's in color!

Sci-fi themes are always cool and there's a chubby gal in the cast, which is always nice.

I look forward to enjoying your new comic.

The psychotically confident captain is of course a common scifi-humor/parody archetype, but I can't help feel that this version has a distinct flavor. She's like a female Zap Brannigan, only more differenter.

I'm also eager to find out if that thing on the parasite specialist's head is in fact one of the parasites she specializes in or just a portion of her normal anatomy.

Anyway, this new series is fantastic.
Any story involving a chubby female captian that will only Strafe everywhere she goes can only be made of epic and win

I think that the little footnote/color commentary at the bottom was actually more humorous than the comic.

"Cherrywell" is just a literal anglicization of "Sakurai".

Looks awesome, especially the Captain. She's kind of like if Creamy Beamy and Reiko got in some horrible teleporting accident while having sex in said teleporter!

Incidentally, are people seriously checking GPCB every day? Intragalactic got a big spike in direct visits on the day I put the notice up and it's somewhat fallen off today, which seems to mean that a large number of people are looking every day. That's a curious mixture of flattering and, given that I don't update that much, kind of appalling-- it means 300 people are at least mildly irritated by me every single day, which is like ten times the numbers I achieve in person.
Apparently someone put a link up on a fetish site right away too, which is another chunk of visitors. It'll be interesting to see if traffic from that one goes up more on certain days.
