It's just beautiful. Somehow that tired old "comic trope" that anime and romantic comedy have been milking for years till the udders bleed becomes fresh and funny with a slight gender-based role reversal. ^_^

The head voices are amazing on all your comics Steph. I hear Rusty as Scruffy from Futurama. The dialogue just really comes alive. Piper's voice I can't quite place though. It comes off as kind of high pitched, panicky, and slightly insecure, but I can't think of a real voice to relate it too. Maybe Courtney Cox, I dunno.

friday's comic: Ok I saw that coming. So the joke didn't hit me as hard with the little "click" at the end.

But then your comment under the comic... just set me off, I couldn't stop giggling for a solid 2 minutes. I really can't explain it, maybe I find observation of comedy funny. Or maybe I just find it funny when people use "comeuppance" in a sentance...
